SHIPPING POLICY

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses across New Zealand.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, and we'll keep you informed of any delays.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders across New Zealand, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 3–10 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 4–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (NZST) Monday to Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses or restricted delivery areas.
6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve additional shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ponsonbylane.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
9. Duties and Taxes
All prices are shown in NZD. Orders under NZD 1,000 are not subject to customs duties, and you will not be asked to pay any import fees when your parcel arrives.
